Job summary

NOVO Health Services is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor at our Atlanta facility to lead daily production, manage staffing, and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently to meet quality standards. You will supervise soil sorters, washers, and finishers while coordinating with the chemical technician and plant leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3–5 years in manufacturing with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience with employee relations and team building.
• Ability to define performance measures and hold teams accountable.
• Strong analytical and cost awareness; proficient with basic computer applications.
• Willingness to work evenings/nights, weekends, and holidays.
• English reading/writing proficiency required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise soil sorters, washers, cart-washer operators, and finishers to meet targets.
• Schedule staff and assign daily work to achieve workloads.
• Monitor CBWs, dryers, and washer/extractors for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with chemical technician on washing chemistry and loading.
• Provide ongoing training and coaches for safety and quality.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce infection-control practices.
• Analyze production data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve ops.
