Job summary

NOVO Health Services is seeking a hands-on 1st Shift Production Supervisor to lead the Soil department, driving safety, quality, and productivity across the shift for our healthcare linen operations. You will manage a team of production associates, ensure adherence to schedules, and promote continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong floor leadership background in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, experience with ERP/WMS systems, and a track record of developing teams while

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a production supervision or industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of production processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Proven experience leading hourly teams and supporting employee development.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily 1st shift production operations within the Soil department to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals
• Ensure production schedules are met while optimizing labor utilization and workflow efficiency
• Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Plant Leadership to address operational issues and improve performance
• Supervise, coach, and develop production associates to promote engagement, accountability, and teamwork
