Job summary

The Gund Company is seeking a Production Supervisor in Walnut, CA. You will supervise daily production activities, coach and develop team members, and coordinate schedules to maximize safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will monitor performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the operation. Qualified candidates have at least 2+ years of leadership experience, a bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Lead production meetings and communicate priorities and safety topics.
• Coordinate schedules, staffing, and workflow to meet demand.
• Monitor metrics and drive improvements in productivity, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve root causes.
• Promote continuous improvement and a positive team environment.
• Coach and develop production employees and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain staffing coverage and report workforce needs.
