The Role:
As the Production Supervisor - Foundry, you will be responsible for overseeing assigned personnel to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products and timely delivery. Your duties include managing departmental safety, environmental compliance, and production processes. You will also be responsible for quality control, equipment protection, and the development of employees in manufacturing techniques such as soldering, brazing, metal fabrication, and assembly.
