The role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and the ability to manage shifts, staffing, and equipment to meet quality standards and production targets. Off-season duties may include maintenance work and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifikationen

• Four-year college degree in management, business, science, organizational behavior, psychology or related fields.
• Two years supervisory experience in manufacturing or food processing is required.
• Experience with regulatory agencies (FDA, BRC, OSHA) is a plus.

• Oversee shift operations, manage production lines, freezers, receiving, and yard activities.
• Delegate tasks, monitor performance, coach staff, and participate in hiring decisions.
• Ensure equipment and work areas are inspected and properly maintained.
• Coordinate staffing levels with management to meet production needs.
• Train and evaluate personnel; resolve issues and allocate resources.
• Maintain production records and communicate with management on production status.
