Job summary

Fresh Del Monte Produce Company in Aurora, CO is hiring to oversee production within the Denver/Aurora facility. The role partners with Warehouse, Shipping, Quality Assurance and other teams to improve quality and reduce costs while maintaining labor efficiency and resource use.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED with 2–3 years supervisory experience in a multi-product manufacturing environment, plus solid Excel and scheduling skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2–3 years in a similar supervisory role preferred.
• Experience supervising a multi-product manufacturing line and managing labor costs.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, inventory control and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Discuss production plans with managers on a weekly/daily basis.
• Review production goals with staff daily and identify factors affecting attainment.
• Track labor and yield efficiency; adjust manpower to improve productivity.
• Maintain labor budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Assist with staff training and development of product knowledge.
• Coordinate with supervisors to ensure timely order completion.
• Ensure quality raw materials and proper packaging are available.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and processing procedures.
• Communicate production issues effectively with leadership.
