  • Proven ability to apply Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles, including 5S, waste reduction, root cause analysis, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping, Yamazumi, and Lean Shop Floor Management.
  • Experience identifying root causes, improving processes, eliminating production inefficiencies, and implementing sustainable solutions in a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience supporting customer service, maintenance, or aftermarket operations, preferably within the rail or another complex industrial environment.
  • Experience developing or supporting automation and manufacturing technology roadmaps to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Certification, OSHA Safety, Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE), supply management certification, EIT, or Professional Engineer (PE) are a plus.
