An established industry player is looking for a dedicated individual to coordinate Final Assembly resources and ensure timely delivery of products. This role involves leading a team, monitoring processes, and implementing improvements to meet production schedules. 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday-Friday
This position will coordinate Final Assembly resources with materials to meet the Master Production Schedule, requiring high-level problem solving to ensure customer delivery requirements are met.
Travel up to 2%. Business hours are from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Flexibility in schedule may be needed for internal and external customer needs, including nights and weekends as required.
High school diploma or GED with 7 years of manufacturing or equipment service experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role. Must have strong supervisory, organizational, and operational skills, and be capable of managing complex processes efficiently.
Proficiency in English communication, advanced math skills, reasoning ability, and computer skills (MS Office, SAP preferred). Valid driver's license and ability to travel internationally. APICS certification is a plus.
Supervise associates in Final Assembly, including hiring, training, performance appraisal, and problem resolution.
Exposure to mechanical parts, electrical risk, and loud noise. Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly, with vision and mobility requirements as specified.
