Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage safety, quality and production on assigned shifts in London, OH. The role includes supervising hourly workers, training staff, and ensuring compliance with ADS quality standards while maintaining equipment and processes.

A flexible schedule, including weekends, is required to meet production goals. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, with 1–2 years related experience and supervisory training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing environments preferred.
• 1-2 years line operator or related experience; supervisory training or related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality and production on the shift.
• Supervise and train hourly employees on the shift.
• Work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime.
• Meet design and quality specifications for produced goods.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and equipment changes as needed.
• Achieve production targets and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Train staff on safety, quality and job functions; troubleshoot and repair process/ mechanical issues.
