The ideal candidate has 10+ years in manufacturing leadership, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven track record applying Lean principles to drive improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency. This role offers a hands-on leadership style in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent manufacturing/management experience.
• 10+ years of managerial experience in a production environment.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to coach frontline teams.
• Strong knowledge of lean practices and data-driven problem solving.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Champion a safe work environment and ensure regulatory and corporate standards.
• Drive plant performance across safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and CI tools.
• Manage staffing, succession planning, and talent development.
• Develop and manage the operational budget and costs.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships with EHS, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality.
