Job summary

KCC Companies is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing and assembly teams in a fast-paced environment. The role plans and assigns work, implements policies, and drives improvements in production methods while upholding safety standards.

The position emphasizes coaching, problem-solving, and results-driven leadership with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity. This full-time role requires a strong background in production and familiarity with CAD/drafting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 5+ years in a production environment.
• 2+ years in a production leadership position within the last 7 calendar years (KCC preferred, elsewhere accepted).
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong familiarity with blueprints and CAD drawings / renderings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees in a manufacturing and assembly environment, plan and assign work.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Balance quality, productivity, costs, safety and morale to drive positive results.
• Manage departmental performance measures and provide regular progress reports to management.
• Approve team member timecards and track absenteeism.
