Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions in El Dorado Hills, CA is seeking a Production Supervisor (LWN) to oversee 6:00 PM–6:00 AM shifts, ensure SLA adherence, and maximize throughput while controlling labor costs. Responsibilities include sign-off on jobs, training, and coordinating across departments to meet client requirements.

The role requires minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in production, a preferred Bachelor’s degree, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years supervisory experience in a production environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Machine & plant acquisition experience necessary.
• Strong problem analysis and ability to adjust production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production sign-off on all jobs and verify material/media/indicia.
• Ensure Operators receive proper technical and ISO training.
• Manage labor on the production floor and coordinate with departments to maximize throughput.
• Plan, monitor, and schedule labor to match volume needs and meet SLAs.
• Coach and develop staff; ensure safety and a clean working environment.
