Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years supervisory experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proven ability to analyze operations and report critical information to leadership.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to multitask under deadlines.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise staff to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, policies and procedures within the department.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and disciplinary guidance as needed.
• Ensure adherence to all safety guidelines and company policies.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve production issues and optimize processes.
