Ideal candidates have experience in mineral processing and proven leadership skills, with fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Experience in a mineral processing or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and manage performance.
• Fluency in English; local language understanding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site production activities ensuring safety and compliance.
• Coordinate with the production scheduler and managers to meet the schedule.
• Balance customer demands with quality, quantity, efficiency and cost.
