Job summary

B&G Manufacturing Company Inc. in Hatfield Township, PA is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead CNC and general machining operations on the shop floor. You’ll coach, mentor, and develop staff, drive productivity, and ensure production schedules are met with high quality.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience in a machine shop environment.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining operations.
• 1-2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and hold employees accountable.
• Experience improving productivity and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple production demands in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring tooling, gauges, equipment, and documentation are available and maintained.
• Conducting performance reviews and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Promoting a safe work environment through training and enforcement of safety procedures.
• Communicating effectively between shifts to ensure smooth production transitions.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is comfortable leading from the floor-not the office.

• Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
