Job summary

IDEX Corporation in Brenham, TX is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Day Shift to lead manufacturing operations in a clean-room environment. You will direct Production Leads and Operators, ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives, and drive daily execution with accountability.

You will coach and develop staff, enforce SOPs, and partner with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to achieve continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years manufacturing experience (machining, clean-room production, assembly, or quality).
• Previous supervisory experience required; clean-room or semiconductor experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent technical or supervisory experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Production Leads and Operators; build workforce capability.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives; enforce SOPs and clean-room standards.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and related methodologies.
