Qualifications

• 5+ years manufacturing experience, with supervisory roles.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production planning based on schedule, labor, and equipment.
• Direct Production Leads and Operators to meet safety, quality, and throughput goals.
• Ensure SOPs, contamination-control practices, and clean-room standards are followed.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and related methods.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for material flow, scheduling, and maintenance.
