Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or team lead experience in manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and quality practices.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and metrics.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; able to engage and develop teams.
• Lean principles and continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned shift operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity and customer service objectives.
• Monitor production performance, analyze metrics, and resolve issues to reduce downtime.
• Promote a safe culture and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate daily work assignments, shift transitions, and production reporting.
• Support audits and operational excellence initiatives.
• Develop production employees through coaching and training.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, waste reduction.
