Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of experience with manufacturing equipment & facility maintenance.
• Experience with Facility Systems and preventive maintenance programs.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and GMP/GDP practices.
• Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments and quality procedures.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment: mechanical, software, basic electrical, basic controls.
• Maintain/repair machine control systems and facility systems (HVAC, compressed air, chilled-water, nitrogen).
• Work with engineering and management to plan maintenance needs.
• Support safety, quality, delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Operate with minimal supervision and maintain a clean, safe work area.
