Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Technical certificate or Associates degree preferred.
• Labor relations background and leadership training is a plus.
• Good understanding of production maintenance and repair protocols.

Responsibilities

• Maintain efficient flow of all raw materials and finished products.
• Oversee equipment to ensure it is in good working order.
• Lead breakdowns and coordinate with Maintenance for timely repairs.
• Drive continuous improvement across responsibilities.
• Achieve individual and department targets and safety goals.
• Observe all safety rules and conduct regular safety meetings with plant staff.
• Assist investigations of accidents and recommend corrective actions.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
