Darling Ingredients Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the flow of raw materials into finished products and ensure equipment remains in good repair. You will lead plant staff, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safety compliance.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing and a HS diploma or GED, with preferred technical certification or associate degree. On-site position with frequent safety meetings and coordination with maintenance.

Qualificações

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years supervisory/management experience.
• 2–3 years in industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Technical school certificate or Associate degree preferred.
• Labor relations background and leadership & training experience.
• Good understanding of production maintenance and repair protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain efficient and timely flow of all raw materials received and finished products shipped.
• Oversee equipment used to process raw and finished materials; ensure in good working order.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure timely repairs are made.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts in all areas of responsibility.
• Achieve individual and department targets, goals and objectives.
• Observe safety rules and conduct regular safety meetings with plant staff.
• Assist in accident investigations and make recommendations to Plant Safety Committee.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
