Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain efficient and timely flow of all raw materials received and finished products shipped.
• Oversee equipment used to process raw and finished materials and ensure it is in good working order.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to repair equipment in a timely manner.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts across the plant.
• Ensure adherence to safety rules and participate in regular safety meetings.
• Assist in accident investigations and report findings to the Plant Safety Committee.
