North Coast Container in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Full-Time Bilingual Production Supervisor to lead a dynamic team onsite. The role offers a competitive salary between $65,000 and $85,000 with benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance, and PTO.

The ideal candidate will supervise, train in English and Spanish, ensure safety and policy compliance, and drive continuous improvement through audits, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum three years manufacturing experience.
• Minimum two years supervisory/leadership experience.
• Familiar with paint quality requirements.
• Strong safety record and OSHA knowledge.
• Proficient with production data and basic computer skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Able to work assigned shift and OT as needed.

Responsibilities

• Uphold company policies and procedures on the production floor.
• Maintain adherence to specification sheets for production orders.
• Coach and train team members in English and Spanish.
• Conduct production audits and record scrap/downtime.
• Address production, quality, or personnel issues promptly.
• Lead Root Cause Analyses and Rapid Improvement Events.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and preventive maintenance tasks.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma
• Minimum three (3) years of manufacturing experience
• Minimum two (2) years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Familiarity with paint consistency and related quality requirements
• Strong safety record and solid grasp of OSHA requirements
• Comfortable with production data, basic computer skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
• Able to work the assigned shift and OT as needed.

Preferred

• Continuous improvement experience preferred
• Lean, 6S, or Six Sigma Training
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
