Job summary

Wyldcanna is seeking a Production Supervisor in Oregon (Clackamas) to lead production leads and support staff across kitchen, packaging, and inventory. You will manage daily workflow, ensure quotas and quality targets, and collaborate with management to meet production goals. A flexible schedule is required.

The role reports to the Production Manager and requires strong leadership, adherence to SOPs, and hands-on supervision in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in production/manufacturing environment, preferably food or beverage
• At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective English communication, both written and spoken
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google tools, Slack, and Jira or similar tools

Responsibilities

• Supervise Production employees and assist with planning, assigning, and directing work
• Oversee daily production operations and coordinate kitchen and packaging schedules
• Maintain QA/QC ongoing and ensure weights, appearance, and flavor profiles meet standards
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and sanitation procedures
• Maintain inventory accuracy and timely reporting of production data
• Coach and train staff on procedures and compliance protocols
