Job summary

Mission Foods' Fresno, CA facility seeks an experienced Production Supervisor to direct, plan, control and monitor the production department lines, supervising up to 35 employees under the Department Manager.

The role requires bilingual Spanish/English, strong knowledge of GMPs, safety and quality standards, and effective coordination with managers and hourly staff. The position offers variable shifts, a comprehensive benefits package, relocation assistance, and a discretionary $3k bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3 years of production experience in a manufacturing plant; food/beverage preferred
• 2 years in a supervisory capacity or 4 years as a lead in production

Responsibilities

• Direct, plans, controls, and monitors overall operation of production department lines.
• Schedule and coordinate work assignments, vacations, and days off for hourly employees.
• Ensure GMPs, safety policies, and regulatory inspections compliance.
• Supervise up to 35 employees and act as liaison with Department Managers.
• Record training and safety sessions; document and maintain records.
• Drive continuous improvement with measurable goals.
• Manage labor hours and payroll accuracy.
• Resolve conflicts and implement disciplinary actions as needed.
