Responsibilities

• Analyze schedules to determine material and labor requirements.
• Train and supervise Flexible Assemblers for component and final assembly areas.
• Work with Flexible Assemblers to manufacture products meeting quality criteria; troubleshoot assembly issues.
• Maintain plant productivity through efficient use of equipment, materials and labor to meet customer deadlines.
• Administer disciplinary measures with plant manager approval.
• Maintain open dialogue with employees to support morale and resolve complaints.
• Provide timely and quality services to internal and external customers.
