Job summary

Coworx Staffing Services LLC in Danbury, CT is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) to lead the Assembly team and oversee daily manufacturing operations, safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will plan production orders, drive continuous improvement, monitor schedules, analyze data, and coach a hands-on team committed to Lean manufacturing and OSHA/HSSE compliance.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary of $70,000–$80,000 plus a 10% target bonus,

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• ERP system experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and data reporting ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production assembly personnel to meet safety, quality, productivity and delivery goals.
• Plan and schedule production orders, assembly activities, and material usage.
• Monitor production schedules and notify of delays or interruptions.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives to cut costs.
• Analyze production data and KPI reports; implement corrective actions.
• Coach, train, and develop team members.
• Conduct performance reviews and support employee development.
• Promote safety culture and compliance with OSHA/HSSE requirements.
• Maintain equipment, machinery, inventory, and work areas.

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Production Supervisor to lead our 1st Shift Production Assembly team in Danbury, CT. In this role, you will oversee daily manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure production goals are achieved safely, efficiently, and on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production assembly personnel to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and delivery goals
