Job summary

Jack Link’s Protein Snacks is seeking a Business Process Control Analyst for 2nd and 3rd shifts at our Perry, GA plant. You will work with Plant Managers to lead operations business processes and SAP-based systems, ensuring material movements are tracked and transactions are timely.

This role emphasizes production readiness, reporting, data integrity, and continuous improvement. Strong ERP experience, attention to detail, and the ability to train team members on SAP and related tools are

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
1+ years of ERP (SAP or equivalent) experience.
Strong Excel and Word skills; ability to read/write.
2+ years ERP experience.
Ability to analyze data/inventory.
Ability to multi-task in a challenging environment.
Demonstrated initiative and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Actively monitor business processes and ensure data integrity for cost efforts and security needs.
Update process documentation regularly.
Identify root causes of data transaction errors and assist with remediation.
Provide implementation and ongoing support of plant operations processes including SAP training.
Deliver training on plant software applications and lead risk mitigation during system failures.
Coordinate with floor leads to train teams on BOM usage and ensure customer conformance.
