Job summary

Toledo Tool & Die is seeking a Production Supervisor in Toledo, OH to lead manufacturing teams, ensure safety, and drive production goals on overtime shifts. The role requires experience in a supervisory capacity within high-volume welding environments and strong leadership and organizational skills.

The position offers full-time hours with a focus on quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement, along with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role required.
• Experience with high volume resistance welding in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with robotic welding in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to work overtime (daily, weekends, and holidays).
• Must be able to satisfactorily complete pre-employment screening (background check, drug screen).
• Must be able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods daily.

Responsibilities

• Recommend or implement measures to motivate employees and to improve safety, production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
• Enforce safety regulations.
• Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in production or processing of goods.
• Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations between departments.
• Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet goals.
• Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
