Toledo Tool & Die is seeking a Production Team Lead for the 3rd shift at our Pioneer, Ohio location. This full-time role oversees production activities, coordinates die setters and operators, and enforces safety protocols. A high school diploma is required, with prior factory exposure valued. Overtime, nights, and weekends are expected with a $1.00 shift premium.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Recommend measures to improve safety, production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
• Coordinate activities and training of die setters, material handlers and operators.
• Coordinate with supervisors to align operations across departments.
• Plan job assignments and production sequences to meet goals when supervisor is unavailable.
• Inspect materials and equipment for defects or malfunctions.
• May stop production if unsafe conditions arise.
• Assist in problem solving and corrective actions.
• Develop work instructions and participate in interviews when needed.
