Production Supervisor 3rd Shift with Shift Differential

What are we looking for in the next Production Supervisor?

• High school diploma or GED.
• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing/production environment, with at least three years of experience.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and provide feedback to production workers.
• Willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

How you will make an impact:

This is a highly visible role. The 3rd Shift Production Supervisor is responsible for the safety and productivity of the entire shift. You will work directly with the Plant Manager and associates to ensure production targets are met and operations are performed at or above expected levels. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and legally compliant workplace and enforcing all corporate policies and procedures.

Korda Manufacturing offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days; a 401(k) plan with employer contributions after one year; employer-paid life insurance; short-term and long-term disability plans; and other ancillary benefits. Employees start accruing PTO from day one and receive up to 40 hours of PTO (pro-rated to hire date) in the first year.

The salary is negotiable based on experience, with an hourly rate of $24.00 to $28.00 per hour. The shift is from 9:30 pm to 6:00 am.
