Job summary

KTP is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team in Port Washington, WI. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency while coaching staff and coordinating daily production activities.

This role requires 2–4 years of supervision experience in manufacturing, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite. Port Washington location, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; an Associate’s degree in supervision or operations management is preferred.
• 2-4 years supervising production employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple projects.

Shifts: 1st (7AM-3PM), 2nd (3PM-11 PM), Mon-Fri, 3rd (11PM-7AM), Mon-Fri

We're looking for a hands-on, people-focused Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team and ensure safe, efficient, high-quality production. This role is critical to meeting customer expectations and upholding KTP's commitment to operational excellence.

As a Production Supervisor, you'll guide and develop your team, drive performance, and maintain a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
