Job summary

GroupeSTAHL is seeking a dedicated supervisor to lead the Production team and ensure efficient workflow for Direct to Film orders. You will oversee up to 15 Production Techs, handle timecards, and drive daily operations with a focus on productivity and quality.

Ideal candidates will have prior leadership experience, strong communication and coaching skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Flexible hours and ongoing process improvements are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other business systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the workflow of custom Direct to Film orders.
• Daily supervision of up to 15 Production Techs.
• Edit timecards and other administration tasks as needed.
• Aid in completion of annual evaluations.
• Conduct disciplinary actions/discussions as needed.
• Ensure productivity and quality goals are met for department.
• Handle high order volume with quick turnaround and same-day service.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and implement corrective actions.
• Work flexible hours as needed to meet business demands and deadlines.
• Update and implement new department processes.
