Job summary

GroupeSTAHL is a leading international manufacturer and distributor in the field of custom textile printing. We are seeking a productive supervisor to oversee the workflow of Direct to Film orders and supervise up to 15 Production Techs, ensuring on-time, high-quality output.

You will edit timecards, support annual evaluations, and handle disciplinary discussions as needed while maintaining strong communication across teams. This role requires flexibility to meet business demands and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising teams is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflow of custom Direct to Film orders.
• Daily supervision of Production Techs (up to 15).
• Edit timecards and perform general admin tasks as needed.
• Assist in annual evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure productivity and quality goals are met in the department.
• Handle high order volume with quick turnaround times, including same-day service.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and drive timely corrective actions to maintain efficiency.
• Update and implement new processes in the department.
