Job summary

Bell Evans is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the Breast Debone line and coordinate activities of production workers to meet customer orders. The role holds accountability for production goals, food safety, safe operation, team development, and product quality.

Key duties include supervising setup and machine adjustments, enforcing safety regulations, assigning tasks, and driving process improvements to boost efficiency and output.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving problems.
• Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers and maintains time and production records.
• Estimates, requisitions, and inspects materials.
• Confers with other supervisors to coordinate activities of departments.

JOB SUMMARY:

Supervises Breast Debone and coordinates activities of production workers to produce orders from Customer Service. Assumes accountability and responsibility for achieving production goals, food safety, safe operation, team development, and product quality.

• Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems.
• Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals. Maintains time and production records.
• Estimates, requisitions, and inspects materials.
• Confers with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments. Performs activities of workers supervised.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Supervise and train your people so that they’re fully capable of implementing the Company’s policies and procedures . Regularly meet with them to evaluate their performance . Establish a yearly educational plan for each employee based on their needs. Perform annual personnel evaluation and recommend goals.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE :

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
