Job summary

Kerry Evansville facility is hiring to lead the production team in our coatings division. You will efficiently execute the production schedule, develop SOPs with site engineers, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.

The role oversees the production budget and works with the HSE officer to maintain a safe workplace. With 2–5 years in a food plant and a four-year degree in engineering, food tech, or business, you should bring SAP experience and lean manufacturing knowledge

• Four year degree preferred in engineering, food technology or business.
• 2 to 5 years experience in a food plant or related industry.
• Leadership experience desirable.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodology.

• Develop and maintain effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with site engineers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Manage the production department budget.
• Collaborate with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) officer to ensure a safe workplace.
• Ensure products are manufactured to specification and minimize losses.
• Monitor and manage performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Compensation Data

The pay range for this position is $63,000. to $95,400. in Annual Salary . Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role . Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case . The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and l ocation .
