Job summary

Kerry is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our Evansville, IN facility. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment to keep plant operations running efficiently on the 3rd shift.

The role includes leading associates when needed and ensuring safety, quality, and food safety standards are upheld. Requirements include a 2-year degree in Industrial Technology or Advanced Manufacturing, 5+ years in maintenance, and food manufacturing experience is preferred.

Shift Information

3rd Shift, Monday - Friday 1000PM - 630AM, possible daily overtime and weekend overtime.

Offering $2,500 Sign on Bonus!

$250 after 2 weeks with no attendance issues, and $2,250 after 120 days!

What you’ll do

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll support plant operations by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment while helping lead the team when needed.

What you’ll need to be successful

Education & Experience

• 2-year degree in Industrial Technology or Advanced Manufacturing (preferred)
• 5+ years of maintenance experience
• Food manufacturing experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Advanced mechanical repair and general welding
• Strong electrical and controls troubleshooting skills
• PLC troubleshooting and programming experience
• Ability to work with low-voltage DC and 120/240/480V AC systems
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and basic computer systems

Compensation Data

The pay rate for this position is $28.45 per hour.
