Sub-Zero, Inc. in Madison, WI, seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead 20–25 assembly staff per shift, coordinating with other supervisors to meet production goals within our five pillars: People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.

This position will supervise 20 – 25 assembly staff at a given time. In addition to supervising direct reports, this position will also work collaboratively with other supervisors during a shift.

Primary Responsibilities
This position will lead and supervise people and assembly activities to achieve established production goals consistent with our 5 performance indicating pillars – People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.

Bachelors or better.
Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with emphasis on cooking products and/or other high end consumer products.
Problem solving and conflict management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Strong initiative and follow through.
Strong oral and written communications skills.
Experience in Lean Manufacturing concepts, quality measurements and OSHA requirements.
Familiarity with Windows-based PC software as well as SAP Systems.
