Job summary

Schlumberger Limited is hiring a Shop Operator for 1st shift in Broken Arrow, OK. You will assemble and repair pumps, motors, gas separators, and protectors within a manufacturing setting.

The role requires English fluency, the ability to work overtime and weekends, and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and overhead cranes. Safety is a core focus in a high‑performance environment.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Contribute to the department’s continuous improvement culture.
• Work under limited supervision, usually within a team environment.
• Other duties as required.

What You Will Do:

• Assemble and repair products such as pumps, motors, gas separators, and protectors used in the oil and gas capturing process
• Follows safety rules and procedures; notifies supervisor of any issues in the manufacturing process that may impact safetyFollows defined work instructions
• Use hands and power tools to assemble components in the manufacturing process
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
• Contribute to the department’s continuous improvement culture
• Work under limited supervision, usually within a team environment
• Other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

• This safety-sensitive role may be subject to employer or customer drug testing
• Read, write, and speak English fluently
• Immigration sponsorship not offered for this role
• Must be willing to work overtime and Saturdays as required
• Working knowledge of hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and/or overhead cranes
• 6 months experience in manufacturing environment

• Potential skin exposure to oils and other cutting fluids.
