Position Summary
Direct safe production operations during the off-shift of 3 PM - 11 PM. Supervise and manage production operations, including planning, scheduling, and managing company resources. Relentlessly drive accuracy and continuous improvement in quality and production.
Essential Functions
WORKING CONDITIONS
Heavy production floor environment with high levels of noise, heat, fumes with intermittent cold and hot temperatures. Exposure to hazardous machine operations during development and while trouble shooting problems; working around industrial vehicle traffic. Working overtime during the week and weekends can be expected.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Physical exertion required with occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds. Regularly stand for long periods of time as well as walk with occasionally bend, twist, and moving about the facility.
