In this role, youll oversee a team of approximately 20 employees, ensuring products are produced efficiently, on schedule, and to high-quality standards.

You will handle standard supervisory responsibilities including onboarding and training new staff, managing day-to-day operations, and maintaining productivity across the shift. The position is full-time with a schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

2-year Associate Degree (or enrollment in a program)

35 years of supervisory experience (preferred)
