Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct the Production team on 2nd shift in Greenville, WI. Responsibilities include hiring, training and directing entry-level production staff, meeting daily productivity and quality targets, and maintaining inventory control with a strong emphasis on safety.

The role entails hands-on management, ensuring OSHA compliance, and fostering a culture of safety to support daily production flow and overall performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and direct entry-level production associates on a fast-paced shift
• Meet daily productivity and quality requirements
• Maintain inventory control and ensure safety in the plant
• Train partners on company safety policies and OSHA compliance
• Foster a culture of safety and accountability; manage daily production flow and impact on bottom line

Cintas isseeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team. Responsibilities include hiring,training and directing individuals who are performing entry level production positions on one of our fast paced shifts; meeting daily productivity and quality requirements; maintaining inventory control; maintaining safety in the plant;training partners on company safety policies; ensuringcompliance with OSHA standards and regulations;and emphasizinga culture of safety at the location overall. This is a management position, with hands-on responsibility and accountability for daily production flow and bottom line results.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED;Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Valid driver's license

• Ability to handle the physical requirements of the position, including repeated bending, stretching, twistingand lifting
• Ability to set and prioritize goals
