Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor in Portland, OR to lead our Production team on the 2nd shift. You will hire, train and direct entry‑level staff, drive daily productivity and quality, and maintain inventory control and safety standards in a fast-paced plant environment.

The role emphasizes hands‑on leadership with accountability for daily production flow and bottom‑line results, including compliance with OSHA standards and a culture of safety across the location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct production team on assigned shifts.
• Hire, train and direct entry-level production staff.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Maintain inventory control and accuracy.
• Maintain plant safety and enforce safety policies.

Cintas isseeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team. Responsibilities include hiring, training and directing individuals who are performing entry level production positions on one of our fast paced shifts; meeting daily productivity and quality requirements; maintaining inventory control; maintaining safety in the plant;training partners on company safety policies; ensuringcompliance with OSHA standards and regulations; and emphasizing a culture of safety at the location overall. This is a management position, with hands‑on responsibility and accountability for daily production flow and bottom line results.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Valid driver's license

• Ability to handle the physical requirements of the position, including repeated bending, stretching, twisting and lifting
• Ability to set and prioritize goals
