Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team in Yakima, WA. You will hire, train and direct entry-level staff on a fast-paced second shift, with accountability for daily production flow and safety and quality metrics.

Responsibilities include meeting productivity standards, maintaining inventory control, enforcing OSHA regulations, and training partners on safety policies. This is a hands-on management role focusing on bottom-line results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor7s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Valid drivers license.
• Ability to handle physical requirements including bending, stretching, twisting and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team on the assigned shift.
• Hire, train and direct entry-level production staff.
• Meet daily productivity and quality requirements.
• Maintain inventory control and plant safety.

Cintas isseeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team. Responsibilities include hiring,training and directing individuals who are performing entry level production positions on one of our fast paced shifts; meeting daily productivity and quality requirements; maintaining inventory control; maintaining safety in the plant;training partners on company safety policies; ensuringcompliance with OSHA standards and regulations;and emphasizinga culture of safety at the location overall. This is a management position, with hands‑on responsibility and accountability for daily production flow and bottom line results.

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role is $80,169/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
