Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a fast-paced Production team. You will hire, train and direct entry-level staff on one of our shifts while meeting daily productivity and quality requirements.

This management role includes inventory control, safety enforcement, and applying company safety policies. You will ensure OSHA compliance and drive a culture of safety at the plant to support bottom-line results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to handle physical requirements and start within two weeks after offer
