About the TeamThe ZF Garrett team supports packaging and light assembly of braking, electronics, and steering products for automotive service distribution. The Production Supervisor will manage 25-30+ employees within the packaging and assembly areas. The role is collaborative and will work with two team leads to manage the areas while also working closely with other cross functional team members (including Maintenance, Quality, Lean, Packaging Engineer, HR, and HSE) to drive continuous improvement. A key to success for this role is strong mentoring skills, involved presence on the floor, intermediate comfort level with a PC, and the ability to multi-task/prioritize while still coaching the team to meet targets.
THIS POSITION IS FOR THE 2NDSHIFT (2:00 PM to 10:00 PM EST) IN GARRETT, INDIANA. THE SELECTED CANDIDATE WILL BE EXPECTED TO WORK THE 2NDSHIFT,AS WELL AS WEEKENDS, OVERTIME AND HOLIDAYS AS NEEDED.
