As a Production Supervisor with Trane Technologies, you will use your passion for quality and cost effectiveness in manufacturing to help lead our team in Pueblo, CO. You will monitor and coordinate the daily operation of a production shift in a high-volume, lean manufacturing environment, and partner with other department leads/supervisors to achieve team and plant goals.

This position has been designated as full-time On-Site at our Pueblo, CO facility for a 2nd shift work schedule of 2-10:30pm M-F, and every other Saturday. This position is also considered safety-sensitive.

What you will do:

• Ensure overall performance of the production or plant team, focusing on safety, quality, cost, time, and output.
• Supervise materials usage to ensure a smooth production flow.
• Support ongoing plant programs and goals by identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaborate with other department supervisors/leaders in Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, Materials, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement.
• Regularly communicate goals and plant-wide initiatives with the leadership team and all members.
• Engage in training, development, and fostering positive employee relations.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) preferred, equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• 2-3 years of manufacturing experience.
• 1-2 years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• Excellent problem solving and conflict management skills
• Effective communication skills that demonstrate a supportive team member

Compensation:

Base Pay Range $63,500-100,000/annually.
