Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experiencedProduction Supervisorto lead operations in ourmedical-grade injection molding facility. This role is critical in ensuring the production of high-quality, regulatory-compliant components used in medical devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in injection molding and a deep understanding of quality systems and cleanroom protocols.
What you will do:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in a cleanroom environment.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and GMP standards.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet delivery timelines.
- Lead and mentor production staff, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Engineering to resolve process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate production documentation, including batch records and traceability logs.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Drive lean manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Coordinate and supervise the daily production activities of assigned staff.
- Ensure that production goals and objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner,
- Monitor production performance, identify areas of improvement, and take corrective action as needed.
- Ensure that production processes are carried out in accordance with established safety and quality standards.
- Develop and train employees to perform different jobs correctly and to build quality products efficiently.
- Monitor and document employee attendance and performance.
- Enforce company policies and procedures in a consistent and fair manner.
- Troubleshoot production issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Keep all required work-related records up to date.
- Keep respected area in compliance with the general manufacturing procedures.
- Recommend ways to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product.
- Report machine and equipment malfunctions to maintenance personnel through documented procedures.
- Follow all safety procedures.
- Proficient in all essential functions required in the molding operator job description.

Skills for Success:
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably inmedical device injection molding.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of production processes and equipment.
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Hands-on experience with injection molding machines, tooling, and auxiliary equipment.
- Proven track record of managing teams in acleanroom or controlled environment.
- Familiarity withFDA regulations,ISO 13485, andGood Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Experience implementing and sustaininglean manufacturingandcontinuous improvementinitiatives.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, production scheduling, and quality documentation.
