Job summary

IEWC, based in New Berlin, WI, is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee assembly of electrical control panels. As an employee-owner, you will lead manufacturing operations, drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will hire and coach staff, promote continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and UL508A standards, working with engineering and leadership to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical product manufacturing, control panel assembly preferred.
• Familiar with ISO 9001:2015, UL508A and related standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical prints and designs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Proficient in relevant software applications and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, project management software).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Able to train and coach production staff.

Responsibilities

• Instill a continuous improvement mindset in the assembly operations team, and lead continuous improvement efforts with support of engineering and operations leadership
