Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Production Supervisor for our new Fort Worth facility in Texas. The role drives daily production processes, coordinates between hourly assembly staff and management, and leads continuous improvement projects to boost safety, quality, and efficiency.

The position requires 2+ years in assembly/manufacturing, project management experience, and proficiency with MS Office. US work authorization without sponsorship is required.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of successful experience in an Assembly/Manufacturing environment.
  • Project management experience; strong leadership and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Be the key driver of all daily production related processes and hub of information transfer between hourly assembly workforce, management, engineering, quality control, purchasing and planning.
  • Improve safety for all personnel and drive initiatives to reduce production errors, improve quality, and increase efficiency.
  • Handle production schedule, assign personnel to work areas, supervise progress, coordinate and document training, drive CI projects, and conduct annual performance evaluations.
  • Maintain working relationships with the local union by following the collective bargaining agreement.
  • Support digitalization to implement tools such as Digital Work Instructions, Operator Displays, Dashboards, and other connecting tools.

We are looking for a Production Supervisor. This position will be based at our new facility in Fort Worth, TX.
You’ll make an impact by:
  • Being the key driver of all daily production related processes and the hub of information transfer between the hourly assembly workforce, management, engineering, quality control, purchasing and planning.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of successful experience in an Assembly/Manufacturing environment.
  • Project Management experience; strong leadership and time management skills, understanding of management approaches for work direction, motivation, talent development and performance management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Lean Manufacturing techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.

The pay range for this position is 61,547 - 105,509 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
